Customer Excellence - Refers to having a focus on keeping a customer's loyalty and giving them the satisfaction with each product that comes out. An example of this would be Apple. Because they are trusted so much by their customers, each customer will be willing to wait for however long, and pay however much with each new invention they come out with. Customer excellence refers to building a sustainable competitive advantage. Apple's customer service comes from the employees knowledge about each and every product and the ability to keep the customers coming back for each new product in development.
